She's taken care of her two sons with special needs for 15 years. She's a big believer in self-care but there are still times when she forgets to take time for herself.  In Part Three of our special series A Portrait of Care Jackie Tot talks about the first time she enrolled Mark and James in a respite program, and what self-care means to her.

On another note - a belated Happy International Women's Day! It's the first time in a long time that this day wasn't on my radar, but then again maybe that's because I think any day is a good day to celebrate and empower women.
